1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“terms”) apply when you use the AstroGuruPlus website at astroguruplus.com and, once released, the AstroGuruPlus mobile apps (together, the “service”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Astrology Disclaimer and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The legal name of the business that operates AstroGuruPlus will be added here before these terms take effect.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid or personalised services. The website does not currently offer user accounts. If accounts are introduced, you will be responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate information, and you may delete your account at any time as described on our account deletion page.

3. Our services and their availability

The service provides astrology, tarot and numerology content for personal interest and reflection. Each service page shows whether it is available, available by enquiry or coming soon. Features marked “coming soon” are not offered, and nothing on the website should be read as a promise that they will launch on any particular date.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service. Where this affects something you have paid for, your rights under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law are not affected.

4. Nature of astrology content

Astrology, tarot, numerology and horoscope content is provided for personal interest, cultural, spiritual and entertainment purposes. It is not scientific advice and does not predict the future with certainty. We do not guarantee any outcome, including in matters of marriage, relationships, pregnancy, health, wealth, employment, education or legal matters.

Our content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, mental-health professional, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional. Do not delay seeking professional help because of anything you read or hear from us. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services immediately.

5. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone else’s rights, including their privacy;
• submit another person’s personal data or birth details without their permission;
• harass, threaten or abuse our staff, astrologers or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the service, or introduce malicious code;
• scrape, copy or republish our content at scale, or use automated tools to access the service other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
• misrepresent yourself as AstroGuruPlus or as connected with us.

6. Content you share with us

The website does not currently allow users to publish content. Any questions or information you send us remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to respond to you and provide the service you asked for. If public features such as reviews or comments are introduced, these terms will be updated first.

7. Intellectual property

The AstroGuruPlus name, logo, website design, articles, illustrations and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our pages, and print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, adapt or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

8. Free and paid features

Most content on the website is free. No online payments are currently taken on the website. For services offered by enquiry, such as tarot readings or consultations, the price, format and cancellation terms will be agreed with you in writing before you pay.

If paid features or subscriptions are introduced on the website or in our apps, we will show the price (including applicable taxes), what is included, the billing period and how renewal and cancellation work before you confirm a purchase.

9. Subscriptions and renewals

We do not currently offer subscriptions. If we do in future:

• auto-renewal will be clearly disclosed before purchase;
• you will be able to cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period unless the law or the purchase terms provide otherwise;
• subscriptions bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store are managed and cancelled through your store account, and are also subject to that store’s terms.

10. Payments, refunds and disputes

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or payment provider or to use any other remedy available to you by law.

11. Service interruptions

We aim to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. We will try to keep interruptions short.

12. Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on astrology, tarot or numerology content, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or removes your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a complaint before a consumer commission or court where you are entitled to do so, including where you live. If you live outside India, you may also have rights under the laws of your country.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in advance. Changes will not apply retrospectively to purchases already made.
